Oh boy, here it is Monday.. again. :huh_tb: I have never been a big fan of Mondays, but then again who is?? Maybe people that have Monday off? Oh well, that just means it one more day closer to Friday.. :clap_tb:
So it’s time for the weekend update here at CK Central. The weekend started off with a bang. We were very fortunate (not) to get about 12 inches of snow on Friday. It always brings great joy when we get that much snow because it means that we have the pleasure of shoveling the driveway and clearing the deck off. Words can’t describe the joy of shoveling the end of the driveway only to have the city plow truck come by and push all of the heavy snow from the street on your pile of already heavy snow. :furious_tb: Needless to say it was not a great day for us. We were fortunate enough to be able to use a vacation day to stay home from work, although I’m not sure that they really did us a favor or not. By the afternoon we were both beat. What else did we do… :ponder_tb:, oh yeah on Sunday we put up some lights and garland in the basement, it’s not the tree that Craig wanted, but at least it is now as festive as it is upstairs.
